Animal Lore

Animal Lore fills a permanent bestiary: study a creature in its own dungeon and its stat block and signature drops are recorded for good. Everything it reveals already existed in the game — the skill is about earning the knowledge in play rather than reading it off a page. It also gates Animal Taming, which can never climb past it.

How you train it Start Animal Lore in a dungeon and it studies whatever is on that dungeon's roster. Tougher creatures resist being read.

What you need Standing in a dungeon — it studies what lives there, so a town has nothing to offer it.
